Payment Methods:

Ordering Online: If ordering Online and you want to pay by check or money order, select payment type "Will send check prior to delivery" from the pull down menu when checking out. Then we recommend that you print out your order total and mail it with your payment. If paying by credit card just select the credit card type that you are using and enter all credit card information. This is a secure transaction!

You may order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week; however, we do not ship on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Labor Day, and National Heroes Day. We will announce in our website any other non-working holidays that may come up. All orders made on these days are shipped on the following business day.

International Orders, Shipping, Payments:

1. Shipping prices and methods: We will ship to any International destination. Shipping prices will vary depending on the International location, but for most International locations shipping is $21 to $31, if products are shipped through International Federal Express, DHL, and UPS etc... with insurance and with Tracking #'s. We can not ship using the regular postal systems as there is no guarantee of package delivery and no way to track the delivery of a package. Liquids shipped over 16 ounces may have extra shipping charges and may take longer for delivery.

2. Credit Card Issuer Information: As noted below you must provide us with the name of the Banking institution from which your credit card was issued and their telephone number. This information is usually on the back of your credit card! We need to have this information to insure that the credit card being used is valid and in good standing and that this order is authorized by the proper owner of the card.

3. Additional Digits of Credit Card: You must provide us with the additional lasts three digits of your credit card that are located on the back of your credit card for verification that the credit card is in your possession. We need to have this information to insure that the credit card being used is valid and in good standing and that this order is authorized by the proper owner of the card.

For the first time you make an International Orders, we will send you an email requesting that you send us additional information and to verify that you take full responsibility for lost, stolen or confiscated shipments as listed below.

That request will read as follows:
Dear Valued Customer, "ATTENTION: Your Email Response confirming your acceptance and giving us additional information is Required to Process your Order from quit-smoking-aid.net!" Your credit card has not been charged and we will await your email. You are required to please answer the following 4 questions below in order for us to ship your order!

  1. You agree to accept all responsibility for non delivery and or confiscation of product because of shipping restrictions on certain products that may be imposed by Customs or authorities in your country?
  2. You agree to accept all responsibility for non delivery of product because of local mail fraud, theft, or package disappearance? However this is very unlikely now that we have International Federal Express which is all insured and tracking #'s to every purchase made.
  3. You must provide us with the name of the Banking institution from which your credit card was issued and their telephone number? This information is usually on the back of your credit card!
  4. You must provide us with the additional lasts three digits of your credit card that are located on the back of your credit card for verification that the credit card is in your possession?

 

You must reply by email that you agree to the shipping terms in items #1 and # 2 and provide the additional information in #3 and #4 for your order to be shipped. For more information about these requirements see below.


It is for your protection that the information above is requested, because internet fraud, lost and stolen packages, and restricted product shipping are a condition of doing business on the internet and in various countries outside the USA.


Please note your order has been put on hold by our shipping department until this information is received. If you still would like this packaged shipped and want to agree to these shipping restrictions, you need to email us back stating that you agree to all of the terms and provide the information requested above. Your credit card has not been charged and we will await your email.




International Shipping Restriction, Import Restrictions, Customs Restrictions

It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements into the U.S. or into their country. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned in your country, we will refund to your credit card your total charge minus twice your shipping charge (as we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us),and minus 20 per cent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and minus any other charges, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees, assessed by the customs in your country. For example, if you ordered $80.00 worth of products, and your shipping charge is $20.00, for a total of $100.00, once your order is returned to us, your account will be credited $50.00. Once again, please check with your country's customs officials to make sure you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. If the order is not returned at all you will not receive any refund and you accept full responsibility for the confiscated order. Please understand we do not intend to be so harsh. Customs does stop certain products from coming through and you must accept all financial responsibility for this order. Your email must state that there will be no charge backs and that you agree to our shipping terms.

 

Problem Free Shipping - Countries: We have encountered few customs-related problems in regards to shipments going to:

Shipping Difficulties - Countries: We have had some problems regarding orders shipped to:

  Australia: There may be delayed and unnecessary extra charges by Customs. Also, if ordering DHEA you must have an import permit or your order will be rejected.
  Taiwan: Import permission is required, or else the Customs will return your order. Moreover, although it is returned, they may still bill you for import duties.
  Europe (except for U.K., Switzerland, and Austria):We will forward your order to our European supply point, which will expedite the delivery of your order.

 

We will not be able to ship your order without specific import documents. If you are a Doctor or Pharmacist, and you have special permission to import nutritional supplements, please fax your documents to us at + (63 2) 843 - 11 49 before or after placing your order, as this will expedite the delivery of your order.


REMINDER, YOU ARE FINANCIALY RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS THAT GET HELD UP, REJECTED, or CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS.




International Exchange Rates - Currency Conversion:

 

If paying by credit card, your credit card company will automatically pay in U.S. Dollars and convert that payment to your currency which will show up on your monthly credit card statement. All payments by check should be made out in U.S. Dollars. (Please see note above concerning payments by check or money orders.)




Order Confirmation and Back Orders:

Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than seven business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. We will ship the back-ordered item to you, as it becomes available, and will not charge you another shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or by package being shipped to you.




Shipping to Another Party, or Sending a Gift:

Yes, You can send gifts or ship to different addresses than your mailing address. There is no additional charge for this and you will see this option upon check out.




Return Policy and Guarantee:

  • Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non-refundable.
  • If for any reason you wish to return an item please call us at + (63 2) 843 – 15 86/ + (63 2) 843 – 44 11 or email us at: grantproducts@tri-isys.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Number" that you obtained from our customer service department.
  • If the returned item has been opened there is an additional 15% handling charge that is deducted from your refund for each opened item.
  • Devices come with a manufacturer warranty and cannot be returned.
  • There are no refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • We recommend that if you order more than one of any item that you do not open every item until you are prepared to use it. This will help maintain freshness and allow you to return the un-opened items for a refund if they do not work out for you!
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
